CES Consultants, Inc. provided miscellaneous engineering services to the South Florida Water Management District since 2002, for a variety of civil works engineering projects. Specific services included the following civil engineering and related services:
Design of a 220cfs pumps station discharging into the C-1 Canal, and a 200cfs Flow Structure for section 24 of the ACME Basin
Design of a 170cfs temporary pumping station and a permanent 370cfs pump station as part of the District’s Acceler8 Program
Primavera P3e baseline schedule development per Work Breakdown Structures in compliance with District and U.S. Army Corps standards, for the development of the Everglades Agricultural Areas Project Implementation Report
Structural engineering and site civil design services to bring existing pumping stations in compliance with the latest requirements of the South Florida Building Codes for a 200mph storm event
Canal conveyance inspections and design services
Cost engineering and cost estimating services for a variety of civil, environmental and structural engineering projects
In addition to the above-listed engineering consulting services, CES staff also provided document control, GIS services and project management support to the District, working under District staff supervision.
