The elevated people-moving system, dubbed the MIA Mover, is a light-rail mover system operating between Miami International Airport (MIA) and two other major structures of the Miami Intermodal Center (MIC): the Rental Car Center (RCC) and the Miami Central Station (MCS). As part of an ongoing miscellaneous cost estimating services contract, CES was engaged by Miami-Dade Aviation Department to review construction documents, conduct quantity take-offs, provide cost estimating and cost engineering services, and prepare a detailed cost analysis with a recommendation on our findings.
