MIA Building 3095 Office & Hangar Renovations

The expansion and improvements made at Miami International Airport in 2001 necessitated the complete overhaul and renovation of Building 3095, which served as office and hangar space for American Airlines’s Miami operations. CES was contracted to provide construction engineering & inspection services as well as the following:

  • Coordination and technical inspection of the work until final completion and acceptance by the client
  • Verification of materials furnished and work performed to ensure compliance with County requirements
  • Verification that work progressed on schedule
  • Identification of and recommendation of solutions for potential problems
  • Ensuring threshold inspections were carried out within code requirements
  • Taking necessary actions to prevent the installation of materials or equipment found not to comply with contract documents
  • Performing final inspection and making recommendations acceptable to AA/MDAD
