Responsible for managing the programming, design and construction of apron paving, drainage and underground utilities in support of North Terminal and proposed commuter terminal facility for American Eagle. Also included was the configuration of new taxi lanes South and North of the new terminal, and paving of existing island between taxiways W and Y west of the new terminal to create sufficient aircraft apron for American Eagle operations.
