CES was contracted as part of the City of Homestead’s Block Grant program to be part of a consultant team to design and provide construction management and inspection services for the construction of its new Flagship Cinema and associated infrastructure improvements.CES provided Design, Construction Management, and Inspection services on this project, and was also responsible for certifying the work performed to ensure compliance with City of Homestead construction standards. The new cinema is located on the southwest corner of Campbell Drive and the Florida Turnpike. The following is a list of the services provided by CES:
