CES, as a subconsultant to another firm, was recently awarded a City of Miami Beach contract to provide Constructibility, Cost, and Value Engineering Review Services; specifically, the City has contracted both firm “to assist the City by providing constructability reviews, value engineering analysis to identify potential cost savings, technical specification reviews, identifying alternate construction means and methods, establishing accurate project scheduling, and establishing quality assurance/quality control guidelines”.
